Best Skin Care Treatments
For skin care, skin products, skin care
products, skin conditions, skin treatments. Causes,

to take a natural approach, if you
can, and avoid applying chemicals, avoid using
chemical treatments and avoid
taking drugs. Many drugs have serious side
effects and have been taken off the market. Drugs
are always hard on the liver. You want to protect your
liver because it has to evaluate everything that goes into your
mouth and everything applied to your skin or is inhaled.

Acne, zits, pimples, blackheads,

always, the result of a bad diet. A bad diet can
contribute also. The liver sluffs off toxins from
bad foods, drinks, drugs and chemicals and sends them
through your skin resulting in skin eruptions and
skin disorders. Be good to your liver!
If wrinkles are a
problem, taking care of your dry skin
adequately will help prevent wrinkles
more than anything. Treating wrinkles
usually means resorting to wrinkle
creams. I like to use coconut oil to prevent
wrinkles and fine lines and to soften the skin.

Concentrating on a diet of LOTS of fruits and
vegetables (preferably uncooked) and no junk food, should give
you an observable improvement within 30 days. Food with
added hormones should be avoided. Milk and other dairy
products have high levels of rBGH -recombinant
bovine growth hormone, a hormone added to milk, so cows will
increase their milk production, that we don't want or need
to be exposed to.
Also, insulin-like growth factor is a component
of milk that we already have. We don't need more of it
than our bodies already produce. It's thought, in some circles,
that puberty may be starting much earlier because of hormones
that have been added to food. Meat and poultry should be
avoided because of the high levels of hormones these animals
are given and therefore we eat. There are many other
suggestions and ideas here to mull over to help you make good
informed decisions.
There are certain chemicals which can
mimic hormones--the body thinks these chemicals are hormones.
The body thinks herbicides (a weed killer) and
methylparaben (a common preservative used in cosmetics and
lotions) are actually estrogens. Both are absorbed through
the skin. (Herbicides are no longer used on golf courses
because of the high incidence of estrogen-positive breast
cancer among professional women golfers. It was absorbed
through their skin or possibly inhaled.) Be careful about
what you apply to your skin or inhale. It may result in skin
eruptions or serious diseases or disorders. The effects on
your skin can be disastrous.
In any case, no matter what
skin treatment or skin product, skin care product or
wrinkle cream you choose, whether it be chemical, drugs,
alternative or natural methods, changing your diet will
result in your overall good health!
